I love Photography

Ever since my younger got her first DSLR camera, a gift from my father, I as well got affected. Photos says a thousand words, and most importantly it records all the special moments of memories. I wish, hope, and want to get myself a DSLR camera next year, and slowly develop my interest in photography and hopefully do what I love in the future, wild life photography.

Following are a few masterpiece that I had taken, enjoy!

Even Greater Youth Camp

It was a fun and life impacting camp for the secondary students in Glad Tidings Chinese Petaling Jaya. There were many first times in this camp, first time managing camp for all the fresh committees, first time speakers, first time group leaders.

The camp was held at EL sanctuary, a remote venue away from city noise and splendour, surrounded by woods and trees, it was a pretty nice place, a perfect place for souls to be rejuvenated.

First day
The campers had to work their socks off to survive the first telematch set up by the committees. The ballon stomping game, Protect your paper!, as well as the final and the funniest Zoolympics. Physically exhausting, but they would have experience the second day program before claiming this was physically demanding.
All pumped up!
Excited
Probably the finest shot of the balloon war!
Protecting the treasure!
The Zoolympics
The first night were filled with sounds of praises and worship. The speaker Patricia Lee triggered the interest of these students into praise and worship, after prayers by sister Jessie Wong.  It was a fruitful night, and yea, I was the worship leader for the night, it was so long ago that I remembered seeing youth jumping up and down, worshiping so deeply in the presence of God. My prayer will be that these youth would continue to carry this passion for praise and worship into their everyday life.

Second day
The morning started with group devotion, definately one of the highlights of the camp, educating these young fledglings to listen to the voice of God early in the morning. Followed on was a nice breakfast, before that was a warm up session.

Then came Justin's debut, Standing for Jesus. It was enlighthening and had certainly hit the hearts of the youth! I'll always stand, always stand, I'll always stand, for you!

The afternoon was one of most challenging time for the campers, the Expedition, the big one. They were required to fullfill each given task, completing each and everyone of them before heading back to the base to recover the pearls. That was the mission and every single one of the had fullfilled their mission, no matter fast or slow.
Did I do anything wrong?!
Off they go!
Spin spin spin~
Thats nice!
How many will be down?
Poke it!
Row row row!
Should I go for it?

The last puzzle!
The last night was meant for someone special to step in and impart essentials into our lives. None other than our beloved Reverand James Wong. Even Greater, that was what he had urged the young people to become, even greater in our daily lives, in our dreams, in our acts. And through God, we are able!
Beloved Ps James!
If you think thats the end, think twice. The night was not going to end before the Unplugged Talent Show ends. The stage was set, and here goes all the talented campers showing off their talents. Some of the were real funny, and some of them were touching. As a judge myself, I had to be rational, sorry peeps!

Third day
The final day, final push for the campers, only to be rejuvenated in their spirit to be even greater, for God. The morning started with devotion, aerobics, and of course breakfast! I'd to admit that the food that we were served these few days were class above the others, each meal were cooked with so much details and efforts, bravo to Mr Vincent!

A little entertainment for the campers after 3 days, the Super Trio Show!
Not the Super Trio, we are the guests!
Then, praise and worship time, and later on its my turn, my debut. I was sharing on how to become a Christ-like student in school. Decisions were made, not emotionally but rationally, to be committed in changing our attitude, and our lives to become more like Him, to glorify His name.

Conclusion:
I believe I am seeing myself a new generation of young people, young leaders rising up for God. Firstly the committees, bravo to all of them. Felt so touched and glad to witness their growth and transformation from campers to committees, I believe in them as how God had believed and will continue to believe in them, to fullfill their great potential, to do greater things for God! As well as the younger ones, the group leaders, myself I was made an assistant leader when I was 14 (If I did not forgot =P), press on, and one day you will become the leaders for the youths!

I love all of you, young peeps!
